The product itself is nice and heavy so the quality is definitely there, however it’s been months and I can’t uncurl the sides despite following the instructions on their FAQ page. My kids trip over it at least twice a day which has become problematic since it defeats the purpose of getting this mat which was to protect them from the hard floors. Their website also says not to use abrasive cleaners which I totally get is my fault for doing so, but i was surprised how quickly the top layer of coloring came off. I can’t unsee the discolored damage so I’ve flipped the mat over to use the other side which would have been fine if I liked that design more. I got the Globe Trotter design mat and wish it was more of an ivory or cream versus bright white. Shipping and packaging have otherwise been great!

Really love our playmat and so impressed with the quality, shipping and service. Two small things, EU shipping costs with multiple mats in one order are prohibitive. It's interesting because when I raised this I was told it was due to weights etc, but haven't come across pricing like that before. Secondly, the mat seems to leave a plasticky smell on our daughters hair after she has a good play session on it. Hoping this is just an element of off gassing but just to flag as it's something that did surprise me.

Great mat, soft easy to clean and insulate well from our tiled floor. Just don’t leave anything on it like a table or it may leave marks
