There was some confusion and delay when ordering onine so I had to phone. They had shown me the left part and I had to check and verify. It was sorted out but when the Mirror part arrived it needed another part which was not conveyed. Very frustrating.

Ordered. Says in stock, so assume it’s all good. Pay. Emails go to spam (maybe my fault?) so I’m not sure order went through. And I wait. And wait. One week later, just when I am about to call and ask what’s going on, get email saying order is about to ship. Over one week to ship. For a small part that was in stock. And we are local (so intra-city). Got it a couple of days after, and it’s all good. It was kind of urgent, but we managed without until it came in. If all orders take over a week just to show a pulse, I will certainly think it through before I order anything else.
