Expected the delivery in next 2 days, but even after 2 weeks, no status. So I had to call them then they re-ordered on their side. Then I got after few days. I could get it from other websites in 10 days. But I needed urgently so I chose this because the shipping was in 2 days.

we ordered door motor system for odyssey. We picked up the order and while installing by our certified mechanic we were notified the part is defective (that costed us labor charges). We went back to Honda and ask for non-defective part, they did not admit it was defective until they did the installation themself (charging us more and higher labor cost) using different non-defective part. We come to Honda to buy genuine part, just to realize we ended up with defective part which we can't use and Honda will no refund or replace it for free.

It was great,fast ,good price but I hope they will have more colors. I need a matte black, but they only have shiny black.

I chose expedited delivery because the site showed a 2-day delivery estimate, and I needed the item before a road trip. However, it was delivered after more than 20 days. I understand holiday delays, but in that case the delivery date shown should be accurate. Showing an incorrect delivery estimate is misleading, especially when cancellation wasn’t possible once I realized it wouldn’t arrive on time. Some form of compensation or accountability would be appropriate.

Great receipt of the OEM part, but it took a detour to a wrong recipient. THP paid for the return and we got the part albeit slightly later than expected.

Still haven’t gotten the part yet!!! Been over a month and when ordered it showed in stock

Payment went smooth and package came on time. The only issue I had was the lack of care in the packaging, my parts looked like they were just put in a box and shipped with zero protection. I was lucky and there was no damage but I was expecting some newspaper, styrofoam, anything to give my dust shields a stronger chance of showing up safely with zero bends.
