I ordered a tailgate part which clearly indicated in both the description and a graphic that the cylinder and keys were included. Arrived without same. After I contacted you to notify, you advised that these parts were not included, and then apparently immediately removed the graphic and changed the product description to disinclude the previously included parts. I would have happily excepted an explanation of an error of your description, but your attempt of subterfuge is unacceptable. I have had previous good experiences with your company, but I will longer patronize a company that does not share my integrity and honesty values. Shared with company with no response.

Did my order 1st week of march. All items in stock. Credit card was billed at that moment. Wrote an e-mail 1st week of april cause I didn’t receive my order. No answer. Finnaly got an automatic e-mail with the tracking number 3rd week of april. Hopefully I get the package soon. Very disapointed.
