I ordered a part and included my VIN. Was sent an email stating that the part number is incorrect and shown the proper one. I replied acknowledging and said proceed. A week later I had to Google the phone number since it is not on the website and called to find out nothing was done. The part was then sent but the delay was completely unacceptable.

All arrived as per ordered. Very well packaged. It just took close to 2 weeks to received. I understood there's a piece not in inventory, they had to order from honda canada first. I like the shipping discount. Will do business again.
