Arrived 2 working days later than estimate at purchase, expedite didn't appear to help (of course didn't expect much for about a buck more. )

Purolator was slow but the shipping was cheap and the part arrived well packaged and since it was also a backorder wasnt expected until late October. It arrived 6 weeks early. Would order from them again in future.

Part said it would fit but did not and since shipping is more than it’s worth I’m stuck with it.

I have to go with Bad on this review. While the ordering seemed easy and the delivery was quick, I soon discovered that the wrong part was sent. So I sent an email to the address given for the purpose of questions and then called the number and spoke to an agent who verified that I did, in fact, have the wrong part. He tried to put me in touch with someone who could help me return the part and, hopefully, get the correct one. They were busy but were supposed to call me back. I am still waiting. I don’t imagine using this online store again for locating replacement parts for my Civic. Sorry

The parts arrived but there was a bit of an issue with the back order. It was eventually straightened out and the parts were exactly as I wanted.

It's been a while since I last ordered from THP, and I’ll accept I did not read the address fully on the pickup location for my parts on Sunrise, but when I arrived at your dealership the staff indicated my error and I immediately went there. I inquired why I could not buy ATF online along with my parts order and he didn’t know, but said I could get everything from the other location. So I proceeded to the Sunrise location - that has I found had no signage at all. I found a door that was partly open, where there was, again, zero signage. The staff inside confirmed I had found the place but - again - were not wearing anything looking like Honda branding. Nor was there anything on the walls, windows, anything confirming the address other than my Google Map App. So I successfully get the part I ordered but I’m then told by that staff he can’t sell me the ATF I also needed as they were not allowed to do direct sales. So back I went to your dealership. Your customer rep at the dealership parts counter should have known this. On my second visit in an hour, an older parts counter staff indicated something about Honda not liking how busy you are getting and something else about possibly encroaching on other dealers’ territory but that’s not my problem. Bottom line is your entire process doesn’t work, and if you don’t want to support the growing DIY community of people who don’t want to rely on aftermarket parts, then just supply your own technicians and stop pretending. I’ve always owned Hondas but if you make people have to work to be your customer, then I hope more people decide to go elsewhere. I certainly will be from now on.
