As far as the service at pickup, that was fantastic! Flawless. My main issue was that I've been picking up parts from the dealership location on the Danforth for a very long time, which changed to a different location. When I got the pickup email I just assumed that was still the same. Went there and turns out it was a different location for pickup. So, I'll take it on the chin for not reading the finer details after over 8 years of picking up at the same location, but that could have been communicated better either during the order process or otherwise. 4. 6 stars rounded up to 5 :D

First, I ordered the parts through their website, they didn't honor the advertised price so they over charged me. Then they gave me wrong parts. When I took it back, they charged me stocking fee for their mistakes. Absolutely horondous experience I ever had with to them. Don't buy anything from Toronto Honda Parts. Go somewhere else.

I ordered the backup camera for honda civic 2022 but the received camera is different that I supposed to get. I have to use the old camera body to get that camera fitted. Overall not a pleasent experience

Hi there…. Just to let you knoe I ordered fan/ motor for honda civic 2014. It was cost me 178$ something. But we open part out of box and found damaged. But my mechanic said it will not give you problems so then we installed it.
