I received the wrong cabin air filter and only 1 of the engine air filters I ordered. Customer service has been slow to resolve the issues and has yet to address the missing filter.

The part required arrived quickly and at a great price.

Sadly, it was cracked when I open the package. A box loose in a box with a mere length of bubble wrap ain't real protection for a glass so fragile inside. The glass obviously got knocked in a corner and cracked because the loose box inside moved freely. I started the process of returning it, but I would prefer a replacement. . . I hope it ain't because of free shipping. . . I'm willing to pay a portion of the shipping to ensure I get a quality protection inside the box.

There is a small cut on top of part. Overall fitting is perfect.
