To be honest, I was disappointed with how the transaction was handled. I paid extra for expedited delivery with a date. The day after it was supposed to have arrived, I called in. I found out that it hadn’t even been mailed out yet. The Parts rep told me that they received 200 orders on the weekend and he was processing as fast as he could. He mailed right away at that point. My suggestion is to be more realistic with the promised delivery date. There was a window of decent weather that I had hoped to install the part, and that came and went. I could’ve just gone to the local dealer for the part had I known. Part was fine, price point was acceptable.

Parts ordered Wiper motor online, easy to order. Got discount. Received confirmation email when ordered and when part was shipped. Part assembled on my vehicle by local mechanic and works good. Part arrived one week late as this was on back-order which did not reflect while ordering. Staff was very helpful while inquiring about the status of order.

Good pricing, good genuine products. Although the wait time between placing order and receiving update was quite long, items I ordered showed in stock, however I had to call twice after almost two weeks to find out if the order was ready for pick up.

This was my first time ordering parts from this vendor. I had to request a status inquiry after 5 days, in their response they stated they were too busy to get to my order. Once my order arrived it didn't match my request, so they had to send out another part. I gave two stars as their response time after following up was very good. They expedited my original order and the missing order very quickly.

Ordered some filters for my car from here at a decent price. Glad to say they arrived in good condition and worked well. I think one them was squished a bit into the packaging, which I wasn't a fan of, but after smoothening it out a bit it was fine. Definitely will buy from here again.

I got my order after 3 months.

Expected the delivery in next 2 days, but even after 2 weeks, no status. So I had to call them then they re-ordered on their side. Then I got after few days. I could get it from other websites in 10 days. But I needed urgently so I chose this because the shipping was in 2 days.

we ordered door motor system for odyssey. We picked up the order and while installing by our certified mechanic we were notified the part is defective (that costed us labor charges). We went back to Honda and ask for non-defective part, they did not admit it was defective until they did the installation themself (charging us more and higher labor cost) using different non-defective part. We come to Honda to buy genuine part, just to realize we ended up with defective part which we can't use and Honda will no refund or replace it for free.

It was great,fast ,good price but I hope they will have more colors. I need a matte black, but they only have shiny black.
