Parts where not in stock They took a week until you received them and where able Townsend them to me. It would be nice to know when placing order if they are in stock or not, then I could decide whether to cancel and go. some where else where they are in stock.

Still have not received my parts but apparently they have been shipped now. When ordering, part was to arrive July 22-23. Did not receive any notification that part was on back order. When I checked the website it just kept saying order was processing. Finally called the service dept when it was 2 weeks late and was then informed it was back ordered.

Terrible experience. I order some overpriced parts to begin with (4 bolts and two nuts) only for them to not send me everything I ordered. When I called (minutes after seeing only half my order arrive) they said they would fix their mistake. It’s been over a week and I’m STILL waiting on the parts that should’ve been here. I’d deal with another company before this one.
