Bought a tent for my Odyssey, good communication inregards to changes in delivery.

Bought a new to me 2020 CR-V and the underwood A/C info sticker was illegible. Ordered one from Toronto Honda website, very inexpensive. Was on back order and was informed of this the next morning as I ordered after hours the evening before. They emailed me to confirm that I was ok to wait and would not be charged until I confirmed. Properly handled. Very rare these days, Thank You Toronto Honda Parts.

I have ordered wheel cover plates for my car through online store of Toronto Honda Parts. They emailed me about processing order in 1-2 business days. I waited for a week and sent them email about processing delay. They were unresponsive and after a week of that email so I contacted to the store. They are excusing about bulk orders and all. This is not a way of dealing with customers. So disappointed 🙁
