Purchase was easy and delivery timely. Colour of roof rails was not specified and I expected black. Got silver. It will work for my vehicle but maybe more clarity on colour/options.

“Ship today” is a joke. Paid extra for expedited shipping only for it to be 2 weeks to arrive. Website said in stock but they had to order it from another dealer before they could send it to me.

I received my order 32423 yesterday, but it was incomplete. Only the filters, O-rings, washers, and gaskets were delivered. The most important items—the transmission fluid and rear differential oil—were missing. Although I had planned to service my car this weekend and go on a long road trip, I now have to postpone the trip because I don't have the fluids. When I called the parts department, it turned out they simply forgot to ship the oils with my order. Now I have to wait an additional 4–5 business days, which has completely messed up my schedule. Very disappointed with this level of service.

Customer service was inexistent. I sent over 4 emails and not a single reply. It took over a month for my shipment to be sent out. Will not use this service again.

Very disappointing experience. Team made a mistake with my order and sent me the wrong products. I contacted customer service, and I was told that the missing items would be shipped the next day. That never happened. After that, I sent several follow-up messages asking for an update, and they were simply ignored. No shipment, no explanation, and no response. Mistakes can happen, but promising to fix the problem and then completely ignoring the customer is unacceptable. I am still waiting for the issue to be resolved.

Your order processing was not met as described. I had to call after a week of non-shipment for in stock items. It is like my order fell between the cracks. Very responsive once I contacted them about it.
