Ordered some parts for a timing chain replacement online. Process was straight forward and items showing in stock were indeed stocked. Fair prices and everything shipped within a few days. Would definitely purchase from again in the future. My only criticism would be to have some packing material (bubble wrap, packing paper ect) added to the packages. Mine arrived undamaged thankfully but was just a bag of parts and small box in larger box nothing preventing anything from bouncing around in transit.

Wrong part was sent. Ordered usb-c port and was send a cable harness for usb-a. Useless. Never buying from this place ever again. I was warned about ordering parts from here. So disappointed

Part was shipped out too late. I contacted to cancel because it was not going to ship out on time as promised per website when purchased. They assured me it would ship out that day and it did not. The individual agreed to cancel the order if it did not ship out that day, but never did. When it arrived, it came without the flange nuts so I had to go get another part.

Curtis and the others in sales were the best. They help me get the parts I needed to get my Odyssey back on the road. Thanks to all.

I ordered the part I needed on Dec 6 but did not receive it until Dec 11, with Priority shipping. This seemed slow, not worth the extra charge for quick shipping. Weather may have been a factor, but hard to say.

I have used their parts in past too. Unfortunately this time I have yet not installed yet. Regards
