Received the right parts that I order.

All parts that I ordered arrived on time and fits to my vehicle

It was sent me after 4 days, when I remained them. And the support center was lying me about delivery time. Very upset of the service!!!

Shipment was quick, and received all my items as expected.

I payed for Expedited Shipping (which estimated delivery in 1 week). My order only shipped 2 weeks after and arrived a week later. Reached out to support to dispute this, no response. Paid for expedited shipping and no refund for the added cost.

Ordered and paid for 12 x Honda Atf - DW1 (08200-9008). I received 12 x Honda Atf - DW1 (CA66844). They are priced differently on the website along with a distinct visual difference between the two. They are most likely the same fluid just branded and bottled differently depending on regions. Honda Atf - DW1 (08200-9008) priced at $25. 34 per bottle, what I ordered cost me $45. 53 to ship to my address the overall total being $395. 06. If I were to order the same product they shipped me - Honda Atf - DW1 (CA66844) priced at $21. 72 per bottle, the shipping to the same address would cost $12. 19 coming to a total of $308. 30 I end up losing $86. 76, on top of all of this I ordered back in January14th with an estimated shipping time within a week. I checked the status of my order and it was blank and it stayed like that for a month until I finally sent an email on February 15th asking for an update on my order. Then magically by the next business day my order had a shipping label and I received my package on February 18th. I sent an Email addressing my concern about the wrong product and loss of money. No response so I ended up calling them. Spoke with Terry, he said when you order the product I ordered (08200-9008) they ship (CA66844). Why? I don't know. Why even have a listing for that product if you're not even going to ship it. Terry could only reimburse the difference between the products and not shipping since the shipping is an automated thing. So only an amount around $45 reimbursed. I said I can't do that since I end up paying more for shipping a product I didn't receive. He gave me the option to refund the product to get my (hopefully) full amount back. Which I will be doing and either re-order the product or shop somewhere else. So overall be careful what you order and verify the part numbers you receive.
