It seems like my order was forgotten. I received an email the day after I placed the order stating 1-2 days are required to receive the parts from the manufacturer. Then nothing for more than 3 weeks. Two emails I sent went unanswered. I called to check on the status, was told the online team would follow up The next day the order was shipped. So I received everything, just took longer than it should have.
