I have received the parts in time. I hav enot put it in my car yet, next winter I will attach that in my Honda Civic Lx 2012 car.

My experience with Honda Toronto was extremely disappointing. The lack of understanding, the poor customer service, and the completely unhelpful attitude made the whole process frustrating from start to finish. What made it even worse was being charged a 20% return fee for what was clearly a dealership ordering mistake. On top of that, making customers pay for shipping because of an error that was not theirs is unacceptable and shows a serious lack of respect for clients. This is not the level of service people should expect from a dealership. The whole situation felt unfair, careless, and unprofessional. I would strongly recommend that others think twice before doing business here.

However, on June 11, 2026, I ordered a Trunk Lock Actuator Motor (part number 74851-T2A-A01) for $76. 17, and after more than two weeks, it still hasn't been delivered. The order number is 27010. Ordered parts, which came on time but unfortunately, was missing a part and double of another part, which prevented me from fixing my car on time and costing me money! I will stress that filling out orders and double checking, triple checking orders are correct before sending!
