I would leave minus zero stars if I could. This was my first time buying a part from Toronto Honda, and it will be my last. I ordered online, and the website didn't even give me an option to choose between the two different sides. It just asked for my vehicle info and my VIN, and their system automatically selected the wrong part. I was supposed to receive a call from them to confirm exactly what I needed before it was finalized, but nobody ever called me. They just guessed and shipped out the Intake side (15830). Because I live far away from the dealership, I had to open the plastic packaging just to hold it up to my engine. That is the only way to see that the mounting tab is mirrored and physically won't bolt onto the exhaust side of my 2. 0L engine. When I emailed them about the error, "Terry" tried to blame me for not calling to diagnose the car, even though their own system chose the part and they skipped the confirmation call. Now they are refusing a full refund and want to charge me a 20% restocking fee for a mistake their system and staff made. Terrible service for a first-time customer. I'm literally throwing a brand new $100+ part in the trash because they refuse to take responsibility for their own catalog error. Take your business to a dealership that actually knows how to look up parts.

I honestly had a good experience and I'm very likely to order something else. My part turned out to be useless, because I found the real problem and was able to return it easily. I received a quick response and even got a return label. Thank you for the excellent service!

Some aspect excellent others poor. I ordered wrong part for my vehicle(fully understanding from the diagrams on site it was correct) and needed to pay return mail($30) but was reassured I would be fully reimbursed. Restocking fee was charge contrary to what I was told by representative on phone. Friendly and responsive when I called back and they reassured me the restocking fee would be reinbursed. Week later still and I still have no record of return on my card, but not worth my time to keep calling back
