Everything is good except updating. One of the parts I ordered was not available. Had to wait several weeks. Even if I wrote to have an update and tried to know when it will be shipped, did not received any response. This could be better, but for the rest, it was good.

Good online purchase

I recently purchased a Honda part for my aging but still excellent 2001 Honda Accord EX with a manual transmission. I keep this car because it has been outrageously reliable and fun to drive. Parts for older cars are sometimes difficult to obtain, but they had the correct OEM part. As I said above - a great service for all Honda owners. I received the part by Purolator in Vancouver with no problems.

All good so far.

Full marks from me for the quick and accurate service. But you charged me $30 to send me a small switch in an envelope that canada post would have charged me 15. And by only having 1 carrier, Purolator, I had to drive 1 hr to pick up this little envelope because purolator refused to deliver to rural addresses. You should use UPS or canada post. Purolator sucks.
