3 order, 3 times the order arrived late
Ordered online. One item on my order said 3-5 business days wait. 2 weeks goes by and no update on the order status. I called in twice and finally picked up my order in person, despite paying for shipping originally. I live over 200km away.

Honda part arrived as advertised and fit perfectly; website was very helpful in choosing the correct part for the Van's current year and model. Arrived on time and was packaged as Fragile so no broken parts

Took 3 days to acknowledge order and awhile actually ship the items which are all in stock.
I am writing to express my disappointment with the handling of my order from Jan 22nd. While I understand shipping delays, this was a case of misleading information. The item showed 'In Stock' and had an ETA of Jan 27th–28th. When I followed up on the 29th, I was told the delay was due to snow in Vancouver. However, the item didn't even ship until Jan 31st and arrived from Toronto on Feb 2nd. My issue isn't with the transit time, but the fact that it took 9 days to leave your warehouse while I was given incorrect information about its origin and the reason for the delay. I would appreciate an explanation as to why this order was handled this way
Shipping requires signature. Nobody at home. I have to pickup at purolator which not far from Honda pick up location. So I paid shipping to pickup at purolator instead of Honda parts pick up location. The should notice me before placing order or before shipping
I have not received my 2014 honda civic hybrid trany oil yet when im i supposed to get it.
I ordered an air tube and two battery cables for my old Honda over the past few months and the staff have been very helpful with verifying information, keeping me updated on part availability and shipping. The parts I needed come in brand new and functioning perfectly. Great service.

Terrible experience. I relied on their fitment system to order the correct part, but it didn’t fit my car. Instead of taking responsibility, they refused a return label and demanded costly “proof” from a mechanic. Completely unreasonable. I won’t be ordering from them again.
Took several days to ship. When I asked them about my order for 2 bolts for Honda Civic suspension they said that its a discontinued item and not in stock (said 10 in stock on site) and they sent me an email with refund (they did not) and a couple days later I received shipping confirmation and 1 day later, the bolts are delivered. I was very confused and because of this I had order the bolts from a different supplier. Now i have an extra set i dont need, out double the money because of poor communication between departments. Needless to say, I will be looking elsewhere for parts.
