TOOK TOO LONG FOR PARTS TO ARRIVE

I emailed for a cancelation TWICE because I don’t need this part anymore and I got no response or anything. I still want to return this item and get a refund.

My order took about 20 days to be ready. I emailed you about the situation, but nobody responded. When I finally called, the operator told me that I had never sent an email. Considering all the trouble and delay this caused me, I asked for free delivery as a goodwill gesture. Unfortunately, my request was not accepted.

Everything arrived on time and worked like expected.

I sent two emails to cancel the order because there were too many delays, but I didn't receive a reply. I received the parts today... very disappointed

Order arrived later than what I expected. I know it wasn't in-stock (never is) but that only adds 1-2 days more. 2nd time ordering and I don't think you take online too seriously.. You should treat these orders like they are on fire..

Parts took longer to arrive than expected and communication during the process was limited. That being said, when I contacted Toronto Honda regarding the status of my order, the support from Curtis was very good.

The parts were fine though when ordering it said 1-2 days to order parts and 1-2 days for shipping. My order took 26 days (17 business days) just to ship and 3 days shipping. Of the 3 times I reached out, no one has bothered to respond.
