Love these. I’m replacing an older pair. I wore a hole through the balls of both feet. They are amazing, knocking off a star because for the price, they should last longer (not the leather sole, the inside lining).

The site isn’t a seamless shopping experience

The company's policy was apparently to deny any help from the online store and force the customer back to the brick and mortar store where the original purchase was made. That's inconvent, and not up to current customer service standards at the other places I shop.
