Shipping, and service was perfectly fine. Packaging was fine but for some reason, the only other online cigar shop that seems to be selling the prince dolphin, sells theirs for slightly cheaper, and with a free, branded, flint removal tool, spare parts, and a nicer box. I know this because I ordered one from them as well. Again, nothing wrong with topdrawer, But if i had to recommend, I would have to chose what is objectively a better deal. CHEERS!!!!
