Great shopping and customer service experience! The lighter is pretty awesome too. Our package said it was delivered, but there was no package. I got on the chat with customer service and they shipped a new one out asap. Great product and great customer service!

Great product, but the item was just shoved into a box that was too small for it. The inner product box that the journal was in was severely stuffed into the shipping box and all crinkled and bent. Luckily, the journal cover wasn’t damaged, but it easily could have been with how it was packaged. This was my first experience shopping with Top Drawer which always appeared as high end to me, but this experience altered my perspective a bit.

I truly enjoy my new nib. It’s a beautiful pen now that I have the new nib. What frustrates me is there was no choice of nib when purchasing the pen and it only comes with a medium nib. I hate a medium nib and this greedy company made me pay $55 more for the nib I wanted. And now I have a nib I will never use. Very bad taste in this store and this company.
