Goods arrived in time and in tact

Waited over a month for an item which was required for my holiday. Chased up on numerous occasions and was told it wasn't available the week I was going away. Customer service was poor and the least they could have done was offer a small discount off an alternative product which I purchased. Request same and received no response. Wouldn't buy from again.
