I recently purchased the Joie Signature Finity Pram in the beautiful Maple colour from Tony Kealys in Cork city, and I couldn't be happier with my purchase. The pram is fantastic – it's sturdy, well-made, and comes with everything you need, including a changing bag, rain cover, and all the necessary accessories. I'm absolutely delighted with it. What made this experience truly exceptional was the outstanding customer service. I was assisted by Nikita, who was incredibly friendly, knowledgeable, and patient. He took the time to explain every feature of the pram, demonstrated how to fold it, showed me how to attach the car seat using the adapters, and then encouraged me to try everything myself to make sure I felt confident using it. I was genuinely amazed by the level of customer care I received. Nikita went above and beyond, and his professionalism and enthusiasm made all the difference. Without his help and advice, I honestly don't think I would have bought this pram. A huge thank you to Nikita for making the whole experience so enjoyable. Went into Kealys in Cork last Sunday. Its our first baby so neither of us had a clue what we were looking for. We were instantly greated by the friendly staff. Thomas took us through everything from prams to carseats cots bottles etc. His knowledge of each product was exceptional. He instantly put us at ease and answered so many questions. The service recieved was outstanding. . not only did he demonstrate all prams. . he got us to take them outside to test and even put in the car. We cannot thank him enough for the help received. For anyone unsure what products/brands to buy I would highly recommend going into Kealys and asking for Thomas!

I have bought plenty of baby stuff from Tony Kealy’s and I am always super happy with the product and how quick the delivery is. I ordered the wrong size sleepsacks and was able to return the items extremely easy. They respond so quickly to any queries and I would highly recommend shopping for your baby here.

Said item was in stock and when we arrived there was none in stock. Website still says in stock. Then I paid €29 for my product and €6 delivery but the product is probably worth €10 at a push.
