I had purchased a travel bundle closer to where I live last January in preparation for my newborn. It failed to be delivered in time so I contacted Tony Kealys in Cork by phone. They were extremely helpful, friendly and accomodating. They had the travel system in stock and I could pay through a link online to secure it. I collected it the next day with no issues. The girls talked me through the different functions and set it up. Very good service

Very easy purchase experience. So happy with thr car seat, met my expectations. I like the option to have it rear facing for my toddler for safety, and also forward facing for when she wants to see us. The straps a very easy to adjust.

Excellent service. We bought most of our baby bits in Tony Kealy’s between the Coolock and Walkinstown store. Every member of staff was so knowledgeable about the products and had a genuine interest in our needs and suggesting products to suit these needs. Picking up the travel system was amazing Natasha did a full in depth run through of the travel system and fitted the car seat and even had my husband take it out and refit it to make sure he knew how to do it. Honestly couldn’t fault the process whatsoever. We will be back for any baby buys.

I and originally gone in store to see the buggy board. . I was directed by a staff member to the back of the shop where there was a half broken buggy board in a box to "view" she then brought me out the silver cross buggy board in a box. . it wasn't visible this way obviously. The lascal with seat wasn't available in store which is fine but the staff member had very little knowledge and was of little help. . this was after she left us waiting while she served another customer. . so. after about 30 mins trying to entertain a 1 and 2 year old it was a complete waste of time. The online service however was very quick and very efficient and we are thrilled with the product
