Shoes came quickly, and arrived at my door, safe and sound, well-packaged. .

The mules are lovely. . However I made a mistake in the size. Having had many pairs of Toms before, I was quite confident that 8 was my size. Thus, I had not taken into consideration that an open-back shoe should be sized differently; a size 7 would have probably been a better fit. Not being used to ordering online, the experience does not encourage me to try it again. Toms have become a staple in my wardrobe yet are not easily available in my area. anymore My loss Thank you

Get a better return policy. Tom’s has the budget to accept free returns

I wish I had known the size was a smaller fit or else I would have ordered a size up. Now I won’t be able to wear the two shoes I purchased or else I get blisters. It’s unfortunate as this is my first time purchasing Toms
