Delivered to my house quickly.

Shipping was delayed, received the boots, only to find they are to big. So I wanted to return them and get a smaller size, but they charge a $15. 00 restocking fee for the return. So disappointing. Will not shop here again.

I have been looking forward to purchasing TOMS boots for a while now. This is my very first purchase from TOMS as I got a recommendation from my co-worker. However, I am very disappointed . Although boots look like they were described and as in the picture, after wearing them for 2 hr at work( inside ) I realized they are very heavy, uncomfortable at the bottom ( my feet felt like I was walking on concrete ) I was in pain. Ever since then I never wore them again, and was trying to figure out how to return. There is no explanation on how to send them back ( I unfortunately recycled the original box ) receive a refund or exchange them for something else. At this times I am acquiring from someone at the customer service to contact me via email or phone number and address this issue.

Terrrible.

I don’t like going to Staples. Did not like any of the service that was provided.

Shipping has always been great arrive timely!

Dislike the return policy and having to pay. I checked the size guide and also I've always ordered size 8. 5, but the sneakers were too big the last two times I've ordered from TOMS. Super unhappy that I have to pay to return them when it's not my fault. Will be supporting other brands instead now.
