Fast shipping and well wrapped. The notifications were on time, on point. However the delivery driver never ringed the door bell, i was there waiting for it. It was snowing and my box was covered by it.

Shipping was delayed, received the boots, only to find they are to big. So I wanted to return them and get a smaller size, but they charge a $15. 00 restocking fee for the return. So disappointing. Will not shop here again.
