Was hoping for some shoes that fit as we had outgrown all the current ones. Did the measurements as suggested with paper and tape measure. Found both styles larger than expected.

I was really excited to receive my new pair of TOMS loafers. They looked beautiful when they arrived, but unfortunately the left shoe had a flaw in the back where the material was much thicker. This made it very uncomfortable to wear, while the right shoe fit perfectly and was very comfortable. I reached out to customer service since the item was marked final sale and I couldn’t return it. I was told that the issue wasn’t considered a defect, and if I wanted a refund, I would need to ship them back to the U. S. at my own expense. In the end, I decided to keep the shoes, but I was disappointed with both the quality control and the customer service response. The design is lovely and I wish both shoes felt as good as the right one but overall, the experience was frustrating and not what I expected from TOMS.
