Cheap material. I feel the quality of toms has been declining . They use to be good but now days you can tell they cut corners. Gross.

Your support says I should be allowed to return or exchange the shoe because at the time of purchase, there was not mention of a final sale, nor is it on my receipt. The support said to exchange/return online. Your website won't allow me to do so. Says it is a final sale and not able to be returned.

I'm usually a size 9 and ordered the Black Suede in that size and the Brown Sugar Leopard Print Suede in a 8. 5 because size 9 wasn't available. When they came the Black pair were too big but the Leopard fit perfectly so I easily exchanged the Black Suede and also purchased the Black Canvas. Would have ordered other colors but not available in my size.
