My shoes arrived promptly and well-packaged. I appreciate that a portion of my purchase is contributed to children’s charities.

Not great. Would have loved to just trade them In for a larger size. But now I’m stuck with store credit that won’t get me anything since the sale is over.

The exchange process for sizing up was amazing! I appreciated having the chance to swap out for a bigger size and got my new exchange shoes in time for a trip! (Just one week!)

I have a bunch of other Toms shoes and originally ordered the same size. Which, when it arrived, was too large. So then I returned them and ordered a half size down. These came and were also too large. I sent them back and ordered another half size down. These came and finally fit! What has gone wrong with Toms???

I ordered shoes May 16. Tracking shows no movement since May 21. I have asked for refund. Still waiting. Had a hard time reaching customer service.

The metallic stripe shoes were so ugly. Do not like these at all. I am not able to return them because of a final price sale. Big deal if a customer is not happy with your product they should be considered for a return. I paid money for a product I like and these are horrible!!

I’m definitely disappointed in the shoes, I feel like I wasted my money. After wearing them for a few hours I realized the pattern was digging into my feet and that wouldn’t be fixed after normal wearing in. The soles on the bottom after that already showed wear so it’s not like I can return them for a pair that fits better.

These ran a full size short. I wear TOMS all day every day. I have 7 pairs. Final sale had to donate them. Totally disappointed
