Generally, I really like TOMS! I just need to read the fine print better - I now have a pair of shoes that I can't get my feet into and they are not returnable.

I have another pair of these which are comfortable, these are not and would like to return them.

The sneaker I ordered in an 8 is way bigger than an 8. I love the shoe, but I’m sad that my normal size was way too big. TOMS should really correct the sizing issue either way the sneaker that I ordered.

The shoes were discounted and came quite July after being ordered. Would buy again!

These are Christmas Festive with the white velvety feel embroidered with candy canes, holly, gingerbread men and poinsettias. Clean crisp look. I ended up buying 2 more pairs for each of my daughters.

I received extremely great service from Tom's. The booties are exactly as pictured and described. They were delivered quickly and without blemish. It took three times for me to figure out the correct size for myself, but customer service was extremely helpful.

I shipped my return back via ups 12/16, and still waiting for a refund to post as of 12/31. I went to the return portal and item looks received back 4 days ago. I shipped a return back to Zappos yesterday via ups and already see the refund on my credit card.
