When I purchase four pairs of shoes that are all the same size, I expect them to all be the same size. All four were different sizes even though they all stated they were size 11. Last purchase I’ll ever make with Toms. It’s truly sad that you’ve cheapened your product so much.

Toms was OK, but the shoes could not be worn because of stitching on the elastic "v" that jabs your foot.

The shoes have a beautiful color. Comfortable wear with issues. Disappointed in another purchase this year with size issues. This must be the new normal. The shoe is 1/2 size too big and too wide. I am a Toms loyal customer. My previous purchases of 11 size fix great. My orders have always been true to size.
