The shoes came a long way. . . I had to deliver them to my vpost US address and then to Singapore. . . waited for a while and they all finally came. . . I am so happy that they all fitted well. . .

These sandals are very comfortable. They can be dressy or casual. They go with any summer outfit. Love them!

I had to return the first pair of the boots that I bought because of a faulty zipper. I was told by customer service that I needed to take video of myself trying to zipper it to prove that it wasn’t working. I did that, but for some reason, they could not open the file. I had no other means to video other than using my cell phone to do so and had no clue how to adjust the file. It turned into a hassle and the person needed to check with a supervisor and get back to me the next day to let me know if my purchase could even be returned. Cesar was pleasant and I know the policy isn’t his fault but it just seems like a stupid policy. That’s sad. I did end up getting a shipping label and return returning the boots for a new pair. But it took way more of my time than it should have.
