Delivery and notifications on time

I bought a pair of shoes that were too big. I returned for store credit. So far so good. But when I purchase the correct size they keep canceling my order without refunding my credit. I'm forced to contact them for the refund just to have the same problem of them canceling my order again without refunding me.

TOMS does not care about its customers. I guess when you make cheaply made shoes and charge too much why would you care? Scam. Will never purchase again.
