The shoe of this boot is a hard plastic that makes an obnoxious click-clack when you walk, rather than a soft rubber material that you’d expect at this price. The shoe was also very tight (I have slender feet) and the arch in a very uncomfortable position. I of course returned these overpriced and poorly made shoes, but what’s annoying part about that is that I was charged a “restocking fee” to return them. Also, it’s been nearly a month sense I sent back my return and I still haven’t received a refund. I will NEVER by TOMS online again.
