Always a great experience! Orders ship quickly, the quality is excellent, and while prices can be a bit high, everything I’ve bought has been totally worth it. So many beautiful styles to choose from!

I’m a big fan of the new shoes that Toms has come out with!

Was very disappointed in the return policy which had changed since I last ordered shoes. Having to either request credit or pay a $4. 99 fee will keep me from shopping with you once I use my credits. This is extremely unfair since you have limited brick and mortar stores as it discourages shopping. One of the benefits of in-store shopping is the ability to try on shoes for fit and appearance. In the past I felt that I could order several pairs to try on and possibly keep them all, but appreciated the option without being penalized for returns. I no longer patronize vendors who make returns difficult.

The inside is broken, not sure why would they ship it to me with that condition. I'll be returning it.
