Great, as got to talk to the owner too! One problem seemed to be the inability to confirm I was old enough to buy a knife online. Still when I go to the receipt on the website page, the age confirmation pop-up appears!

Arrived on time, but like I said the packaging was a huge let down.

Delighted with my TOG Santoku. I’ve owned mine for some time and still as sharp as the day I received it, I use the honing rod regularly. Have just bought an office knife to deal with the smaller jobs. Great knives that look fantastic.
