Very fast service. Excellent packaging. Cant comment much on the knife as bought for a gift but its great workmanship

Sent me the wrong products, return link didn't work so I had to pay my own. I've had no communication as they haven't emailed me back. I'm yet to receive the correct products over a week and a half later

Your website promised it would be delivered on Tuesday. I could see it left you on the Monday, but Royal Mail didn’t try to deliver it until Wednesday - I knew I’d be out - I had aimed for Tuesday for a reason. Rather than it going straight to the depot where I might have been able to pick it up, they tried again the next day. Again, I knew I’d be out. Had to arrange a redelivery for Sat, so in the end it took a week. I know it wasn’t really your fault, but if it needs to be signed for then it would be better to have the option to pick a delivery day at check out because the service you paid for with Royal Mail didn’t seem to guarantee next day delivery.

although I am happy with the item, I was not happy with the service provided with the delivery. It did concern me that i was asked to provide ID upon delivery of the item but was never asked for any when it arrived. This only fuels the issue of selling knives to under age persons and knife crime, i do think it is a shame that i see negative comments on sites like this about advertising knives and the risks associated, but the fact that your own process was not followed only helps stoke these negative comments and validates the dangers they are commenting on, I should of raised this to trading standards really but i chose not to.

the knife i received was not finished very well and had imperfection which i did not expect for the price i paid.the openening pad on blade had split uneven metal protruding which i hav now filed back and the blade on the back edge had unfinished surface breakiking up the back line edge

Good product but terrible service. The knife was dispatched 2 weeks later than the timing per shipping info on the website, and no one from TOG got back to me when I tried to get an update in that period.
