Love the little knife and have used it many times

Placed an order more 2 weeks ago and still waiting for my order to be delivered. . .

The Nakiri though expensive is a wonderful bread and pastry cutter. Previous bread knives were fine but this is another level.

Phenomenal knives

I tried to cancel my order online immediately after placing it as I ordered in error. I got an ai response that it was fine to cancel as the order hadn’t been fulfilled but I had been sent to the team for processing. I didn’t hear anything back so sent an email to customer services asking the same thing and got the same AI response. The order was then shipped the next day. I still haven’t received any response from anyone relating to the order. I have been so busy that I haven’t been able to deal with the knife received yet. I am really disappointed in the customer service, particularly as an investor in your company. Previously your customer service has been excellent when I’ve experienced issues with your knives. I think entrusting this important function to AI is a mistake and clearly doesn’t work.
