I absolutely love my "new" Innuos Zen Mk3, and felt confident ordering it from TMR. However, getting it up and running would have been much easier and more enjoyable if it had received firmware and software updates after a reset to factory specs. As it was, it took hours to upgrade the unit from Version 2. 6. 1 to Version 3. 4. 1 of the Sense app. And when I received it, the Zen Mk3 was still connected to the prior owner's Tidal account.

I have been on an upgrade journey for my system. Recently retired and have been building my end game system over the last few years. I had selected a few amplifiers to pair with my Vandersteen Quatro Wood Ct speakers. I missed out on a few of my options but finally jumped on a late model Bricasti M25 that became available on TMR. What can I say - TMR packed this amplifier to perfection, and the amplifier has exceeded my expectations. It has crystal clear highs, midrange presence and grunt in the bottom. A tremendous upgrade from my Parasound A23 which is no slouch. Thrilled with this purchase. I may add a tube amplifier down the road to mix things up.
