Transaction fast and easy! I have two minor quibbles. First, I would suggest that you add a section specifically listing missing components (e. g. manuals). This is more likely to be noticed by prospective customers. Second, the shipping box wasn't as robust as I'm accustomed to. While my preamp arrived undamaged, it would take very little to rip apart the boxes you're currently using. I suggest that you increase the thickness of your boxes a notch or two when it comes time to order your next batch. Cheers, Paul
