Instead of buying from eBay or Audiogon, I prefer to buy from TMR since all the devices I've purchased from them have worked very well. Regarding this latest Aurender N100H, I have some questions, such as the user manual. It supposedly has a 2TB internal hard drive capacity, and I don't know how to copy to that area, etc.

Shipping is fast and packing is excellent

The Schiit Yggy LiM DAC arrived in a timely manner, but I do have a minor complaint. There is what seems to be, a loose screw rolling around inside the unit. I did report the issue and got a quick call from Scott. We discussed the situation at length and long story short, I decided not to attempt to open the case (its a bit tricky) as the DAC appears to be working just fine and sounds great!. Should I decide to upgrade, I will be able to do so easily with TMR as Scott has updated my file accordingly. Many thanks to Scott for handling this quickly and smoothly.
