Service from TMR was good as always, but as with everything, there is always room for improvement. Shipping is always lightning fast with my order going out the next day. Shipping emailed me a photo of the amps strapped to a Pallet. TMR uses Fedex Fright which is by far the best in the business. 4 stars not 5 because when packaged, there are times when TMR shipping uses a thinner walled outer box which often gets damaged or torn when unpacking. Should I needed to return the item, the outer box would probably be needed to be replaced to be safely returned. Response to some questions and concerns over the amp was a prompt but could have been faster I ended up following up on my own. After that, I did receive responses from different people who had to reach out to someone internally to get answers. It would be nice to speak to the person with the answers on the first go
