Ordering on line, no problem. Customer Service response to my questions, excellent. Picking up my order? Well a bit disjointed. I didn't experience a what should have been a fairly simple process. Maybe the volume of will calls are so small that a it's not on the radar. Maybe my small purchase took a back seat? My background in warehouse operations puts everyone on the same priority level.

I continue to benefit from TMR’s scale and trustworthiness as I assemble my “last” system as best-in-class (or best-of-all) pieces become available. No other dealer has this number of used pieces, plus I don’t have the worries of buying $$$ gear from private sellers sight unseen. Trade values are realistic, which is the price for convenience. Much as I enjoy buying here, I do believe I’m pretty much done because I’m almost at my local maxima. It’s been a good relationship.

Dry good communication and execution of the trade. A little disappointing with the length of time it took to receive the new product but it wasn’t due to the fault of TMR but of the distributor, imo. TMR makes it much easier to trade or consign. They’ve developed and grown a difficult business model with great success.

It’s a bummer not to have auto lift and this works brilliantly. Set up is quick and can be adjusted precisely. This gadget is first class quality, even the packaging is impressive. The Disco fits Technics TT’s perfectly. It might seem pricey but you get what you pay for.

I just got the amp, I am blown away by the detail in the sound. While there is a lot of detail, it is not fatiguing at all. The snap of a stick on the side of the drum, separation of the guitar stings. It sounds especially good with Ry Cooder on the slide guitar. And, the base is great! loud and detailed as well, not sloppy at all. I have had five or six different tube amps in this price range of $5,000 to $6,000 and I never have heard one that sounds this good.
