Shipping took a little longer than anticipated, but there was a holiday weekend in the initial window. Once the bed did ship it came lightning fast.

Fast Delivery!

Excellent quality and very easy to assemble.

Customer support through emails was quick and staff was helpful in resolving an address issue after placing an order.

Shipping was fast and nothing was damaged. This bed is exactly what you think it’s going to be. Beyond pleased with the product all around.

The quality and beauty of the craftsmanship and materials was above and beyond what we were expecting. Kudos to Thuma for creating a first class gorgeous wood platform bed for our guest room. We opted for the under. the bed wood drawer and we thrilled with its beauty and rolling ease.

Highly recommend this bed. Easy to assemble. Great quality

Clean aesthetics and so easy to assemble

Excellant.

The shipping service was not that good. Waited all day then at the end of the waiting I reached out and they gave me a time for the next day. They showed earlier and I was not here and left an expensive item outside. FedEx failed. The bed frame is brilliant.

Been very happy with my purchases thus far.

Customer service was outstanding,

The speed of delivery was exceptional, the quality of the bed is wonderful- our mattress feels so much more supported. The assembly process was quick and easy.

This is my second frame from Thuma, and they have doubled in price since my first one! I shopped around for ages but decided to go for what I know and love. These things are built like tanks. The slats go all the way across the centerpiece (in other words, they are one piece on the king size), which really makes a difference compared to other companies like West Elm. That said, I was very disappointed when I put my bed together and my headboard had weird black tiger striping from the finishing process. I've asked for a replacement. Hopefully they honor their manufacturing guarantee.

I have been eyeing these beds for some time now. I love their simplicity and classic aesthetic. I finally did it and bought the bed frame. Took me 30 minutes to dismantle my old bed, 20 minutes to clean, 20 minutes to carefully unpack and lay everything out per the instructions, and then 8 minutes to assemble. This bed is beautiful. I went from a metal adjustable bed frame with an attached metal headboard frame, box frame and mattress. I bought an avocado green mattress and knew I did not want the box frame and adjustable metal frame anymore. This bed has been so nice to sleep on. It makes no sound when you move around and has a low profile unlike my previous situation. There was a bit of "off-gassing," which I'm guessing was the wood smell, stain and maybe adhesives. I put my air-purifier on, turned the fans on and let the room air out and it took about a week. Overall I am very happy with the look and function of this bed frame and plan to keep it for a very long time. If you can afford it, I highly recommend it. I had been saving up for this bed, and I am very happy with my purchase!

I love my new bed! I thought I would have to wait forever for the bed to be delivered but it was actually quite fast. I was able to select my delivery window, and opted for white glove service for convenience. Jessy, Fausto and Roger were so quick with setting up the bed. They were great.

I’ve unusual coloration on the headboard. Wonder if packaging I’ll trasnferred to wood.

I had white glove delivery and the delivery team was excellent!

Such an improvement over the ugly metal bed frame I was using. Very clean and stylish...even my furry housemates approve! The boxes were too heavy for me to bring in the house myself, but I was able to unpack in the garage and carefully move everything where it needed to go. It is easier to accomplish with another person, but can absolutely be done alone! Just follow the instructions and it all comes together perfectly. I was very pleased that the packing was well thought out and that the contents of the boxes were in perfect condition!

Overall happy with the product however, the processing shipment and delivery could use some work when I ordered it. It said 6 to 8 weeks delivery and two weeks later I followed up and the exact same order said three weeks delivery so there was a huge discrepancy in when I ordered it and when a person at a later date ordered it. Processing delivery shipment need work.
