Amazing I have no complaints. Fast service great packaging

Very pleased to see that Thuma is teamed up with Affirm to provide some payment assistance, but would like to see that advertised on the website or on the buying screen. I almost went with a different company because I did not know that they have Affirm. I also saw that you can schedule the delivery, and I did exactly as instructed, but the company did end up sending my package the next day out - not good for someone planning to move to a new place in two weeks! Thankfully FedEx has vacation holds, but the company did not deliver on the promise to schedule the delivery technically. However, the quality of the pieces are amazing, the branding is on-point for renters and folks who might need to move often or need flexibility in their furniture for whatever life throws, and the price is reasonable for the product and the eco-friendliness (there was some plastic in the packaging, however. )

Again, the service that I received was excellent! And the delivery was incredibly prompt.

I don't blame Thuma for Fedex delivering to the wrong address. After I opened a support ticket with Fedex, they recovered and redelivered the bed to us three hours later. The bed is well packed, and the boxes can take some abuse without damaging the bed. We are very happy with the king size Classic Bed with Headboard.

This bed is awesome! The drawers are roomy and fit beautifully underneath. It's worth the money.

My husband and I have been talking about buying this bed frame ever since we first saw it. We can’t remember where it was that we saw it (we think it was in a YouTube video somewhere), but it has stuck with us. The time was finally right and we ordered it. It was delivered to our door very nicely packaged. Assembly was quick and easy, my 13 year old son assisted with it. No complaints!

Just received our bed frame and it is so sleek, minimalist, and high quality. Definitely worth the price point and cannot wait to sleep on this for years to come! Convincing me to look at their other furniture…:)

Our classic bed arrived with the center beam significantly cracked. After a few days they ended up sending us a new one and we just had to dispose of the damaged one.
