Excellent quality frame. This is my second frame purchase for my family.

I can only speak for the assembly of the bed. It was so easy. The directions were clear. The boxes were humorous. I absolutely love the bed. It is gorgeous.

We ordered the Nest dresser 3x3 and it was easy to assemble and well made. One of the top pieces had damage from shipping and the Thuma help service assisted me with a replacement promptly. I was very pleased with the product and the quality of service. Elegant furniture excellent service!

This is a quality bedframe and headboard. The nightstands and felt tops are exceptional too. Everything was packed very well and shipped in a timely manner.

Bed is fine but the number of emails received between ordering and delivery was excessive to say the least. Never experienced anything like it from any other company. Too much.

I assembled the classic full size frame, no headboard, by myself in about 15 minutes. Accompanying instruction booklet is easy to follow. Once assembled bed frame is sturdy, no squeaks and no wobbling. I highly recommend this frame.

My husband and I moved cross-country from Texas to Boston and took the leap on the Classic with the PillowBoard in king. I’ve owned beds from West Elm, CB2, Article – they were all “fine. ” Nice-looking but not something you’d describe as sturdy after year two. The Thuma is in a completely different league. The Japanese joinery isn’t a gimmick – this thing doesn’t creak, doesn’t wobble, doesn’t shift. It feels permanent. The PillowBoard is genius – it’s comfortable to lean against, looks beautiful, and pops right off for moving. We did concierge delivery (Ryder – they were great) but honestly didn’t need to. Assembly is so intuitive you’ll feel like you cheated. If you’re on the fence between Thuma and another DTC furniture brand in the same price range, just get the Thuma. You won’t regret it!!!

Almost everything was perfect. Just the missing Polster for the thuma bed were disappointing. Have still not received a response to my mail from two days ago.

I had an outstanding experience with customer service for my stackable dresser order. One of the six items arrived with a cracked drawer, likely due to a minor impact during shipping flux as the packaging itself was exceptionally well-designed, with thoughtful, protective materials that clearly went above and beyond. I informed the customer service team who responded immediately and shipped a replacement the same day, which exceeded my expectations. I was given the option to dispose of or return the damaged item; I chose to return it, and they made it completely seamless by providing a return label and even arranging a FedEx pickup. Truly top-tier service. Attentive, communicative, proactive, and completely stress-free. On top of all of that. Wonderful quality products. We are very happy with our purchase.

visually appealing, goes well with our other pieces. Not comfortable, and the cushion is super thin. Vey disappointed.

Lovely color, sturdy, and simple to put together, but the headboard seems defective or cut incorrectly? It doesn’t lock into the long leg as it’s supposed to, so one side is flush and the other side isn’t. For the price, I’m disappointed in the defect. Curious to see if it’ll affect the strength of the headboard to leg connection, so I’m keeping watch for the next few days.

Love my Thuma bed. I had a high platform bed before and couldn’t get on and off without struggle. My Thuma bed is perfect… will love it for a loooong time.

I purchased the king size Classic frame in Walnut and the build quality is 10/10. With two people, you can have the frame together and the mattress laid on top in under 5 mins tops. With the lego like design, I was a tad bit skeptical when it came to rigidity but this frame is VERY solid and there is no wiggle room at all once pieced together. I’ll be recommending this frame to anyone I know looking for a new bed for sure. I honestly can’t think of any cons. Quality is top tier and assembly is fast. I’m very happy with my purchase.
