I will purchase again. Thank you again

Everything was great

Boxes were beat up and torn but no damage. Service was great.

We love the bed, it shipped quickly, and arrived well packaged. My only complaint would be with FedEx, who left the three packages at our mailbox 1/4 mile from the house… right before it started to rain… My husband had to load them into our car by himself because I wasn’t home. We do live in a rural area, with dirt roads, but most other drivers do bring things to the house…

From the moment we received them, we knew we had made the right choice—the design is beautiful, the craftsmanship is exceptional, the materials feel incredibly durable, and the overall look gives our bedroom the elegant, cohesive aesthetic we had been searching for. One of our favorite things about Thuma is the ability to purchase matching bedroom furniture, allowing us to coordinate our nightstands perfectly with our Essential Bed Frame and dresser rather than settling for mismatched pieces from different stores. Although Thuma is more expensive than some furniture retailers and comparable in price to Crate & Barrel, we believe the quality is absolutely worth the investment, especially given the premium wood construction and the solid, substantial feel of the furniture. My wife and I are genuinely in love with our Thuma nightstands and the entire product line, and we wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for beautifully designed, high-quality bedroom furniture that combines timeless style with exceptional craftsmanship!

My experiences with Thuma have been excellent. Great care is taken with packaging and shipping is very fast. I plan to purchase more in the future!

The entire experience with Thuma has been smooth from start to finish. Shipping was straightforward, communication was clear, and everything arrived well-packaged and in great condition. I especially appreciate Thuma's modular approach, which allowed me to purchase the Classic Bed first and add the headboard later when I was ready. The process was seamless, and it's clear that a lot of thought goes into both the product and the customer experience. Overall, I'm very happy with my purchase and would gladly order from Thuma again.

Sturdy, beautiful, XL, and dead-silent even on the most vigorously active nights. This may be my last bed frame ever, feels like it could last a lifetime. Worth the $ 100%.

Smooth shopping experience online and I love how all the pieces naturally go together making it easy to get a few pieces in the room without it feeling like everything matches exactly. Will purchase from Thuma again!

A+++++

Excellent delivery and easy to assemble. Thank you, Ann

Beautiful frame, with precision engineering. It was very easy to put together but you need two people. No tools required. The pieces came well packaged.

Upgraded to a king sized bed and my sleep quality went up. There’s more room for our cats so they don’t wake us up as much. Setup was incredibly easy and no tools were needed. Everything was shipped to my door, and instructions were easy to follow. One thing to note for those who purchase the pillow board: you may need to purchase bolsters if your mattress is on the thicker side.

Excellent concierge service in changing delivery address and fast delivery time was quite impressive. My son loves the Thuma Bed.

shipping, service, packaging, the bed, all thoughtfully designed, aesthetically pleasing, environmentally sustainable

Excellent product! Shipping was even faster than expected!

The bed is spectacular and of excellent quality, featuring very good materials and the minimalist design I was looking for; I am very satisfied with the purchase. Now I just need nightstands and a dresser for my clothes, and I would also like to buy a four-seater sofa.

I purchased a bed and had issues getting the discount with a code. I reached out by email and customer service responded and resolved the issue immediately. They applied the discount and refunded me the amount right away. The bed was delivered swiftly, sooner than I expected. My husband and I put the bed together in maybe a little over an hour since it was our first time putting it together. I like the clean and simple look of the bed and it feels very sturdy. I really appreciate the customer service and quality of the product.

After much research snd and a store visit in NYC we chose the Thuma platform bed, headboard, headboard cover and dressers. Customer service and delivery was fantastic. Furniture was easy to assemble (though the delivery guys handled that!)and looks so classy in our bedroom. LOVE IT!!
