The heart charm is beautiful-it was everything I wanted

Recently I posted a review after receiving a sterling silver keychain that had minor scratches on the service. Immediately after posting my review, and without expecting a response. I received a reply from customer service apologizing for the scratched finish and telling me they were sending a replacement. I received the replacement a few days ago. The quality of the replacement was excellent, but I was most impressed with the exceptional customer service. The unexpected response I received, and the timeliness of that response, was a very pleasant surprise. It is refreshing to conduct business with a merchant who takes pride in their product, stands behind what they sell, and ensures the customer is satisfied. The key chain itself is nice quality, but the surface has minor scratches that detract from the finish. I don't know whether this is the result of the engraving process, or the charm itself just isn't polished, but either way, it cheapens the appearance. I bought several of the same keychains about two years ago and it had the same issue, but to a lesser extent than the keychain I most recently received.
