I recently bought a 14k solid gold locket with engravings on either side and it turned out great! Here's my experience: At first everything went smoothly and I was able to include all the necessary engravings and features I wanted on my locket. However I was later informed by Claire that the clasp wasn't up to their standard. I appreciated the dedication to quality and was given a choice on how I wanted to handle it, I went with the safer option and they made sure that I was always kept in the loop. When I told them that I had a deadline for this as I was getting it for my sister's birthday, they made sure to get all necessary improvements/changes done and still be able to deliver it on time. During that time, Rachel (the assistant manager) was communicating all steps of the process with me and was always open to answering my questions. When I eventually did get the locket she made sure to contact me to ensure the quality of the locket was excellent, which it was. Thanks as well to Lisa (the engraver), the engravings and locket itself look fantastic!

The silver on the bracelet is too soft and scratched right away. It needs a coating of some sort on it and similar silver items.

Bracelet broke randomly as he was wearing it about a month after getting it. He loved the bracelet and quality but when it fell off and broke, he couldn't wear it anymore and he just got it at Christmas.

Arrived right on time! Ordered a custom leather bracelet with my name engraved as a valentines gift. It was risky because it didn't show a photo of what it would exactly look like, but it turned out wonderful! Fits him perfectly.

Cherie was super helpful when it came to my order having issues! The jewelry also turned out fantastic.

Size claimed it would fit a wrist size as small as 6". My wrist size is 6" and its much too big, to the point it almost falls off my hand, Took it to a jeweler to have it sized and the cost is prohibitive. Unfortunately this was a waste of money for me as I can't wear the bracelet.
