They were so generous. Somewhere while ordering I submitted having two charms on one necklace at the same cost of one charm. They were kind and emailed me stating there was a mistake in the billing but they were not going to charge me for the extra charm or the engraving on the charm. I offered but they declined. It was so sweet of them. I will definitely suggest them to my friends. .

I absolutely love this item. It is great quality. Even more than that, the customer service was so great. I had a concern (more a preference) about the engraving and they promptly checked further into the issue and resolved it for me to ensure I completely loved the product, and I do! My daughter will be very excited to receive it.

I was a little hesitant to order my daughter a girlfriend from this site because I was not familiar with them. They popped up when I was googling "Engravable Pendant" I read the reviews and decided to get a try! I am so pleased that I did!! Their customer service was wonderful, I had 2 questions and had to call! Then I received the pendant yesterday! I had my daughter's initial on the front, and then a quote on the back. I almost cried when I saw show beautiful it turned out! If you are looking dor that special piece of jewelry, I would definitely give them a chance!

I recently bought a 14k solid gold locket with engravings on either side and it turned out great! Here's my experience: At first everything went smoothly and I was able to include all the necessary engravings and features I wanted on my locket. However I was later informed by Claire that the clasp wasn't up to their standard. I appreciated the dedication to quality and was given a choice on how I wanted to handle it, I went with the safer option and they made sure that I was always kept in the loop. When I told them that I had a deadline for this as I was getting it for my sister's birthday, they made sure to get all necessary improvements/changes done and still be able to deliver it on time. During that time, Rachel (the assistant manager) was communicating all steps of the process with me and was always open to answering my questions. When I eventually did get the locket she made sure to contact me to ensure the quality of the locket was excellent, which it was. Thanks as well to Lisa (the engraver), the engravings and locket itself look fantastic!
