The bracelets was absolutely beautiful but I paid for there to be a note on the back of my daughter's bracelet for her birthday and there was no engraving on the back I was a little bit upset but other than that it was beautiful.

The shipping was just fine Arrived on time however, when I pulled out the product, the print on the back was so tiny. You couldn’t even read it. All one had to do was in my view was turn it to the side and right bigger writing instead of writing, so tiny in one little block, that was horrible. Defeated the purpose of putting something on the back to start with. And will be contacting the company for a refund or a better engraved product.

I recently ordered an engraved dog tag for my dad for Christmas and it was amazing! The price was the best I could find sterling silver plus the quality is just amazing, I highly recommend!

Shipping was fast. I ordered 3 bracelets as gifts for 3 people. I selected the gift box to be included with each, yet only 1 gift box was sent to me. This was very disappointing and the primary reason why I gave two stars. You should display on your site that you need to order gifts in multiple separate orders in order to get the proper quality of boxes.

Recently I posted a review after receiving a sterling silver keychain that had minor scratches on the service. Immediately after posting my review, and without expecting a response. I received a reply from customer service apologizing for the scratched finish and telling me they were sending a replacement. I received the replacement a few days ago. The quality of the replacement was excellent, but I was most impressed with the exceptional customer service. The unexpected response I received, and the timeliness of that response, was a very pleasant surprise. The key chain itself is nice quality, but the surface has minor scratches that detract from the finish. I don't know whether this is the result of the engraving process, or the charm itself just isn't polished, but either way, it cheapens the appearance. I bought several of the same keychains about two years ago and it had the same issue, but to a lesser extent than the keychain I most recently received.
