It’s just a canvas sheet tied by straps… very hard to undo

The customer service was terrible and slow at responding. Returning is very inconvenient and the product is difficult to use

I loved everything about this product except the fact that I’ve had it less than a month and the fabric is getting a hole above one of the internal slats. I think the product price is high which is fine if the quality matches. I am surprised to see it already developing a defect.

Love the design. It took a minute to figure out how to make it tight but once I figured it out, it was easy.

I purchased the wall to bannister barrier and am pleased with the quality. I have two children who have had their fair share of climbing up the stairs and this was a quick and easy solution. The product is easy to assemble while still being functional. I purchased a taupe color as my stairs a neutral carpet and I like how you may not even notice the gate as it blends in unlike the metal gates.

This is the second one we bought and just love it!! They are attractive and also so practical.

Unit should come with drywall anchors. Latching system could be improved significantly. Lower part of the fabric frays easily by the zipper and should use velcro so it’s easily removed.

Great product! Just what we needed for our banister-to-wall stair setup.

Nice barrier but I'm not sure what aspects are made in USA. My item's bracket has made in China stamped on it so I think the actual gate itself is Chinese and just the outer material is USA or something. Still nice but overpriced for Chinese.

This works perfectly in keeping my 18 month old and 3 year old granddaughters off the stairs when they come to visit. Once they leave, I fold up and store in the hall closet. Love it!
