The Stair Barrier was the only baby gate solution I could find that would work on our stairs. Installation was easy and it looks great. I was concerned our toddler might try to play with the buckles, but she hasn’t touched them since we installed a month ago. It is a little cumbersome to have to undo all three buckles to move the gate and access the stairs (especially when carrying laundry), but worth it to have a safe and attractive solution to keep the kids away from the stairs.

It took me a minute to figure out how to attach it to our iron railing, but now that it’s on we love it.

We purchased two wall to wall gates. We absolutely love them. The fabric is beautiful and opening and closing the gate is easy. We love the swing open and no rail at the bottom. No more worries about tripping and falling down the stairs. Highly recommend this gate!

I was happy to find some thing that worked with our uneven banister to wall configuration but I found the clip system to be quite cumbersome. Wishing it was something more one-handed, hoping it doesn’t lead to an accident trying to get up and down with a baby in my hands.
