I ordered a barrier four years ago, it was a smooth experience for a great product. I ordered a barrier the week of Thanksgiving. The website has an option to click for custom orders that appear to make the product adjustable. I was wrong. No one called me to get the ball rolling with the measurements they needed. They emailed me which went to my junk email which they told me that always happens. It took multiple days for someone to respond to my email. It took weeks to speak to someone (due to hold times). I still do not have my item and it is January this week. The company prompts buyers to download an app to track the shipments (annoying). My shipment still has not arrived even though it is marked as shipped.

The Stair Barrier is high quality and works great. It keeps my pets and my kids safe from the stairs and does so without compromising the style or flow of our home.

The stair Barrier is an excellent solution for stairs that have spindles on both sides. I purchased other gates before this one and had to return them. This is made from nice fabric and a harder material for the slates. It took two seconds to set up! I really love this product.

Looks great and blends well with the banister! We’re using ours for our puppy and it’s absolutely perfect!

Overpriced, cheap design

TSB was the only option for blocking our stairway at the bottom (bannister to wall). It gets the job done. However, I do not like how it just has to sit there on the stairs when not in use. It’s like having a rolled up rug permanently sitting on the stairs. There should be a way to use the straps to fully wrap up TSB when it’s not in use, as well.

Only suitable for closing down stair cases you no longer will be using. The method of openibg / closing the stair barrier is incredibly slow and inconvenient when compared to other types of gates/barriers. The clips are difficult and tricky to open / close. Kids definitely cannot so it on their own (10 yr old couldnt do it) Wish this was more clear, we did not realize this would be the case u til we had it installed and realized it was just in no way going to be usable.

Love stair barrier! They look great in the house and are easy to install.

The gate is not escape proof. My dog figured out how to squeeze through the sides between the straps pretty quickly so unfortunately I spent $200 for a piece of fabric that doesnt serve a purpose other than an obstacle for us to climb over. Latching and unlatching is a bit of a pain. Disappointed as this seemed to be the solution for a banister to banister gate.

Really easy to install the bannister to wall Stair Barrier. The spacers to make up the space for trim is a nice touch. Easy to operate, and the littles can’t push through it. I also love that it can roll out of the way, instead of being flung open in the way, or closed all the time.

The Stair Barrier was the only baby gate solution I could find that would work on our stairs. Installation was easy and it looks great. I was concerned our toddler might try to play with the buckles, but she hasn’t touched them since we installed a month ago. It is a little cumbersome to have to undo all three buckles to move the gate and access the stairs (especially when carrying laundry), but worth it to have a safe and attractive solution to keep the kids away from the stairs.
