Thermal R&D did great start to finish, with the exception of inspecting tubing prior to packing. As previously noted, there was a dent on the edge of a pipe, caving it in approx 1/4 of the over all diameter. I tried to straighten with lineman pliers to no avail. Other than that, all has been great.

Want to start off by saying this exhaust system far exceeded my expectations. The absolute best sounding/drone free and rasp free exhaust I've ever heard in my life when it comes to the coyote platform. Often seem plagued by other systems that deliver on being the loudest but sacrifice in sound quality so they tend to be raspy and unbalanced. I'm running Thermal 3inch system on my VMP supercharged 2016 mustang gt with catless longtubes as well as my 2023 Explorer ST. Absolutely thrilled with the overall fit/finish and sound quality this system delivers. Coming from a previous exhaust setup that was 4x as much and still didnt deliver anything other than loud and raspy regardless of how much i invested into resonators etc to balance it out. 1000% happy with my purchase. Highly recommended. I'd give 10 stars if it was an option.

Just perfect all around

Installed 3" on 2024 lincoln aviator. Exhaust would randomly pop at low rpm 1k-1. 5k. Not under load or aftera pull, not after a down shift. Just maintaining speed in traffic ease of the throttle and ease back in less then 5% throttle and it would pop and I mean loud. I called into customer service. They said it shouldn't do that can you take a video and send it in. I did that and they have never responded or returned any of my calls. I took the tu e out and returned the car to stock and it still did it. Removed the exhaust and returned to stock exhaust. No more pop with or without tune. $1800 for lifetime warranty. . . . however they won't respond or resolve the issue. Don't waste your time.

I traded in my WRX for an Explorer ST and really missed the aggressive sound of the WRX — but not the annoying drone that came with it. After doing a ton of research, I came across this exhaust system. The brand promised a deep, powerful sound with zero drone, and honestly, it delivers exactly that. It looks incredible, sounds even better, and there’s no drone whatsoever. Couldn’t be happier

2022 Ford Maverick Catback Exhaust Excellent quality materials 3” stainless and super easy to install in about 30-45 minutes. The kit was delivered fast and was boxed securely with lots of foam-place-material to protect the parts. The exhaust note is nice with no highway drone. I highly recommend this kit and it was a great price compared to other name brand kits.
