They seem like a good company. They actually called me before shipping the product to confirm that it would fit my vehicle. Unfortunately, the product itself is disappointing, and I won’t be keeping it.

I'm happy to support a company where I lived in Lancaster, CA and it's cool to have something that I use everyday from the area. It really does look fantastic and the quality and workmanship is top notch. I was seriously disappointed in the shipment. I don't understand how the box could have come apart but when I received it the box was strapped together and it was torn apart. The pipe on the muffler was out of round from where it was obviously dropped. There's also some light scratching on the black finish on the exhaust tips. Given the cost of the system I the failure of the packaging was very upsetting. The cold start is very loud and generally just too loud for me. Once the idle drops and the engine switches to port injection it has a very good sounding rumble that is pretty quiet. There's a bit of drone under load at low RPMs which is really the only time you get that. High load and higher RPMs you get a great exhaust note. The new 2025+ MPC ecoboost has a deeper sound than the earlier ecoboosts that could sound harsh and raspy. Finally if you're on the highway or easy on the throttle cruising around there is no done at all and I'm very happy with how it sounds.

This 3” Cat back complete exhaust is absolutely amazing. My local shop installed in an hour, fitment was perfect and the sound is thrilling! And zero drone inside. It also solves that terrible stock flex pipe rattle. The 3” upsize lowers the tone perfectly. Very well designed system, highly recommend.

Just had mine installed recently, picked the car up today and had a 2 hour drive home from the RST Speedhaus. I could hear myself think! My car has an S280 turbo and Airtec manifold so it’s pretty rowdy. The old exhaust I had droned terribly but with this setup there is barely any drone now. The quality of the material and the sound you get from this system is top notch. This system makes the fiesta sound like a properly tuned 4 banger. Quiet when commuting, grin inducing when wide open.

When I installed the first version of the 2025+ exhaust I was very impressed with the fit and quality of the parts. The sound outside the truck was very good, not raspy or popping like some 4 cyl exhausts are. Most of the sound inside the truck was good also, there was just a little too much resonance at part throttle between about 1650 and 1950 rpm, where my truck spends a lot of time around town. When I heard about the newer design rear section I decided to try it. I'm so glad I did!! This exhaust is now exactly what I was looking for, a nice lower tone that's not annoying at low or part throttle - but still gives a great performance sound when you're having a little fun :) I've read where some people mentioned loss of ground clearance, but that doesn't appear to be an issue on my truck. Kudos to Thermal R&D for the redesign and taking care of the customer.
