Both smooth lisser and repair shampoo seem too harsh on the ends (very damaged) and less effective on the scalp. I wash my hair every other day, if that makes any difference. They are though very good and you can feel this from the first use. Both conditioners I used - smooth lisser and repair - are by far the best I used, and the smell is to die for. I also used the treatment mask: i left it for half of day on the ends and it looked and felt good afterwords - but I expected the results to last a bit longer. Unfortunately, after the next wash with repair shampoo I could literally feel the ends drying up whils i was rinsing. The saviour is always the hair oil - best I ever used and I tried them all... i use about 4 pumps on medium hair length - and it doesn’t look greasy at all. I put 2-3 in the freshly washed hair, 1 pump after the blowout and another pump the next day on the ends. Hair looks healthier, but the scalp feels greasy so that’s why I have to wash. The oil smells divine and sinks in without weighing it down. With all the shortcomings (note that I have though very difficult hair) it is the best brand I ever used!

I watched one of Jen’s hair tutorials and within a week I had bought everything she used in the tutorial. I have no regrets! These products are amazing, and they do exactly the job they say they will. And they smell amazing! Big ups to Jen, she’s nailed these products.

I absolutely love the hair oil and masks I brought a couple of weeks ago. Been using the products weekly and my hair is shinier and smoother. And the smell of the products is gorgeous so it’s a real treat to use. I have long healthy hair which is cut every 6-8 weeks but in the winter months I always feel I need a bit extra in my hair care routine. So happy I heard about Ouai and will definitely try out some of the other products in the future.

The shampoo and conditioner were a present for my granddaughter. I will say you were very efficient in sending them out when I was unable to get them at Space NK

It would be great to find Ouai products in more Sephora stores in different countries in Europe, including Eastern Europe. The shipping costs are way too high (~20 GBP delivering from the UK to Romania it's even more expensive than the product itself). The treatment mask and the Repair Conditioner are amazing. The wave spray just didn't work for me at all... The shampoo doesn't make much foam, but somehow after rinsing it leaves your hair smooth and clean - however, I don't think I will buy it again. All in all, good products with a really strong marketing campaign behind.

I was alerted to Ouai in an article featuring memory Mist and thought I would have a look at what else they make, as I was not very happy with the shampoo and conditioner that I was using. I am now using the Ouai volume range of products - shampoo, conditioner and spray. They are all very pleasant to use and leave my normally glossy but very fine hair, with enough extra body to see and feel the difference but still sleek and shiny. As I have never permed or coloured my naturally blonde hair, I also love the fact that my hair still feels soft to touch. Finding this has ended about 12 months search for a replacement for a range I really liked that is no longer available.

It smells amazing and it keeps my wavy hair in a great shape. I love it!
