I was gifted a bottle of Ouai hand wash - Dean Street fragrance and was so impressed by the quality that I promptly bought a bottle to gift to my sister. The hand wash is thick and I can wash my hands using only a pea size amount. Love the fragrance. I don’t mind the exfoliating beads in it. I did find that the pumps on both bottles ( mine and my sisters) were difficult to open . I assumed that they would work after just giving them a little turn in the direction of the arrow. However, I found that I could get them to work by taking them off the bottle completely, giving them a couple of twists open and shut and then putting them back on again. Then for some reason they seemed to work ok. Maybe Ouai could replace the pump with a different one sometime in the future.

Love the shampoo for fine hair- smells great and even the bottle has an attractive modern aesthetic. The hair perfume sample i got was gorgeous so will be returning to purchase this soon.

Amazing product, my hair is fine but there is a lot of it which makes it difficult to find a product that doesn't leave my hair lank and greasy looking. This product delivers, my hair is shiny, no longer dry and seems thicker. The scalp cleanser is divine and the overnight treatment conditioner is an absolute must. Buy this product with confidence, you will not be disappointed.

Okay products. Bought as influenced by reviews raving about the smell of the Cape Town dry shampoo. It's quite nice. I also bought tiny perfume samples for £30. Ouch. Again, fine. Nice, but too expensive to buy again.

Hi I ordered the Fine Hair Shampoo during the Black Friday offer. But the Shamppoo colour looks darker than what u used to order. When I used it not the same silk hair after wash or the smell is completely different. - I don’t like that. Looks like you have changed the formula ? I have been using Fine Hair Shampoo for years but this order is not the same as I used to get! Can you please confirm if this is a new version or any trial version? I need the usual one only!

Couldn’t get the pump to unlock so had to decant into another soap dispenser, not the first time this has happened.

I normally like most Ouai products however the gloss has been really difficult to use and can really be too greasy even after washing out. Making my hair feel weighed down and still full of products without my hair looking glossy at all.
