I first used the wave spray a few years ago and it’s instantly helped my hair do what it should. I had a sample of the shampoo and conditioner which after some weeks I tried and WOW! My hair has never felt so silky yet full. Usually if my hair is silky, it weighted and lanky, but Ouai products do the opposite. I definitely recommend the whole range.

Packaging, scent and effectiveness are 10/10. Order took a looong time to arrive after Black Friday deal order so just as well I wasn’t in a rush for it. Normally shipping is much faster.

I got the Ouai medium shampoo and thick conditioner. Firstly, these smell absolutely amazing and last onto the next two days. I have naturally frizzy wavy hair and the shampoo is the first one that is just right- not light enough to leave my hair feeling dry but also not thick enough to feel like I have unrinsed product clinging on rather than just my hair being softened and clean. My one issue is with the bottling, as the design of the bottle is not the best to get the conditioner squeezed out easily, even when I store it upside down.

Hi I ordered the Fine Hair Shampoo during the Black Friday offer. But the Shamppoo colour looks darker than what u used to order. When I used it not the same silk hair after wash or the smell is completely different. - I don’t like that. Looks like you have changed the formula ? I have been using Fine Hair Shampoo for years but this order is not the same as I used to get! Can you please confirm if this is a new version or any trial version? I need the usual one only!

Couldn’t get the pump to unlock so had to decant into another soap dispenser, not the first time this has happened.

I normally like most Ouai products however the gloss has been really difficult to use and can really be too greasy even after washing out. Making my hair feel weighed down and still full of products without my hair looking glossy at all.

First use didn't meet my expectations so disappointed after reading rave reviews

I have loved the treatment masque since buying the sachets in bulk whenever I was in NY to take back to London with me. I love the new packaging and my hair loves feeling so silky smooth afterwards. The rose hair oil is fantastic too - I have moved on from my previous hair oil! It is really controlling my frizzy curls into cool waves! The best part is that neither product is affecting the coloring of my hair (currently blonde and pink) and that I don’t need to use huge amounts to see a difference. I was great to have a new supply of conditioner and my hair is back to "normal" again.

Was concerned which type of shampoo to get for my curly long hair that would clean everything off properly in my hard water area and not dry out my hair. I bought the conditioner as well and on the first wash, I had a nice larther ( haven’t had that for the last 3 years of living here) which made me feel it was finally getting clean. After drying it’s finally got its natural body back, soft and clean. Can’t recommend this product enough and wish I hadn’t waited so long to try it. Wasted money trying all different ordinary shampoos ! Thank you !
