I miss your biltong so much, Ocado keeps sending me replacement stuff that they call biltong but it's gross, nothing like proper biltong, other people just don't know how to make it. Having had some Billtong from South Africa, I was a little disappointed in the size of the pieces and the lack of flavour. It wasn't bad, but when you've had the real thing, this si a bit of a letdown.
