Excellent jerky! I get it for my family every Christmas!!!

The product was brought as a Christmas present. When the invoice came through it stated it was a repeat order I tried to contact supplier by phone and email with no response and now they have taken more from my account despite further attempts to contact someone. We are vegetarian and have no use for the products

The biltong was very good the only problem I had was how long it took to come (over 3 weeks) also customer service didn't get back to me. But the biltong was good

Ordered on 12th December. Delivery was due by 19th. Never despatched. Emails ignored. It's almost 2026 and still nothing. Waiting for a refund and won't be coming back.

Didn't get what I ordered

Ordered 16th December, 28 December still cannot track and order hasn’t been delivered.

Bought a one off box - arrived - tastes great BUT ‘i’ have somehow managed to subscribe to a box a month…. . there is no defence for this - it is underhand and I am furious…. i won’t buy from here again for that reason…. .

I didn’t receive all the items and haven’t heard back from customer service

Ordered on 10th Dec, apparently dispatched 15th Dec but no further updates and i havent received. No response from customer service. . . Just want my order as its a Christmas present.

Please take me off. How have you managed to sign me up for receiving more Biltong when I only made a one off purchase?????

Placed a large order (#24439) on the 9th with free express delivery. Delivery date stated between the 10th and 12th. I have not had a delivery notice, nor received my order - emailed the customer service department with no response. Please don't order from The Original Biltong Company, unless you are happy to wait indefinitely with no communications. I have emailed again, asking for a full refund, still no response. Unsatisfied customer, who will never order from you again and would like to warn other potential customers. Happy Christmas from The Original Biltong Company.

Never tried biltong before but my With African buddy convinced me to give it a go. I bought two packs of original and loved it! I love the lightly spicy taste and the flavour of the beef really came through! :vulcan_hand:😎 2nd order arrived in a day or two! 👍 Delicious! Thanks guys!

Still awaiting a delivery

Unfortunately, the customer service is poor. I placed an order on the 01/12/2025 with the estimated delivery date between the 04/12 - 08/12 and a further dispatch note would be sent. However, there has been no dispatch note since the original order confirmation and no delivery. I have sent 2 x emails and 1 x contact form. I have also tried to call the telephone number on the website but there is never an answer. It is seemingly impossible to make contact with their company. Even if it was to confirm there is a delay and provide a new expected delivery time, I would be fine with this. But no communication at all after full payment has been taken is poor.
