Very nice biltong, reminds me of Cape Town many years ago

I ordered a box of biltong. The tastes were unpleasant to me. The spicy PiriPiri was very strong and unpleasant as was the Garlic packet. I thought it would be rescued by the Original, but no luck unfortunately! No coriander and black pepper, just a bland flavour. Al in all a bad experience.

really impressed with their customer service

Rubbish customer service. Not ordering again

Plenty of choice, delivered on time and my husband loves the flavour choices. You now have another regular customer. Thank you.

The quality was very poor tasted like cardboard

Probably some of the most horrible tasting product I've ever tasted

Not replying to my contact form and emails. I do not normally leave a negative review just because something didn’t work. But see how a company responds to something going wrong. Yet, I have had no response to even try find a solution. This was a gift for my son in uni and neither of us can afford to buy more.

Speedy delivery

Arrived before time and Great food

Fast speedy service & great tasting product thankyou

Great taste, super fast delivery and a great price. Will be ordering again. Super handy snack size. Easy 5 stars.

No communication. No product sent. Still no apology or any correspondence. I had to contact credit card company to get a refund. They switched off reviews on website, let's see if this one gets allowed or censored. Yet I still receive emails from them with offers, asking me to review etc. so odd

Excellent quality very lean, just want I wanted.

Can't fault the company. Great food. Great price, great customer service.
