Order was extremely late, I tried to contact about it but no response. When the order did come which I believe was despatched after my email chasing it, the box was damaged that product could be pulled from inside quite easily. I contacted and shared images but still no reply some weeks on. 2 star because I think the product is great, shame the customer service is not the same.

I had heard such good things about this but was disappointed by the texture and taste of the biltong. This is of course personal, but I feel I’ve found better in other brands available in the supermarket. The delivery also took longer than communicated.

They don't answer emails, send orders or the phone. I've had to raise it with my credit card company to get my money back, from 9th Jan order that was never sent. C'mon folks with all these reviews saying noones actually being sent the biltong, they must have gone under. Or they are just taking peoples cash willy willy and scamsters have taken over the company. Which is it? Shame as it was yummy

My original order was for 10 packs. Only 5 arrived. Resolved fairly quickly and impressed with the biltong sonnet up a 2 weekly subscription. Payment taken and over a week now and still not shipped. No answer to emails of calls sent so will sadly be cancelling the subscription as unreliable delivery and non existent confidence in their ability to get things right

Good amount and quality however delivery took ages with no clear updates on where it was or why it was delayed

I've reached out via email to ask for clarification as my delivery was missing 8 packs

This product has gone way down hill, my last order was full of sinew

Ordered online with the site giving the delivery time. Days passed and nothing arrived. I contacted The Original Biltong Company and no reply. Then finally they tried calling and sent an email that they had been very busy and stock was due in soon with delivery straight after that. If you need a shipment by a certain date I would avoid.

Fantastic taste and much better price than competitors. Company on occasion has delivery issues and not answering phone or emails. They do answer quickly on Facebook. Need to get better at informing customers of delays and respons

Ordered on 1st January. Half order delivered 5 weeks later. No response to email. No response to web form. Won’t pick up phone. Half order missing and uncontactable. They took the money and did not supply the goods. After spending hundreds with them over the years i’d advise to steer clear at this point.
