Took 5 weeks for order to arrive. Took 3 weeks to dispatch first order and then it never arrived. Customer service is non existent . Phoned 7 times, left 3 messages, and sent 3 emails and no response. Got a response on Instagram from marketing manager Gareth who was very responsive and helpful. Looking at the recent reviews, seems I was not the only one to have an issue. I really hope the management team sort this out

I didn’t order the variety pack - I emailed the company who never replied or answer their phones. I’m now having to bin all the garlic and BBQ flavoured 250g packs. I started to raise a complaint through PayPal and got sidetracked so never pursued. Delivery also took over a week only to he disappointed. Will not be ordering here again.

Iver 2 weeks now still haven't received my order. Tried contacting twice now no anwser. Royal mail can't tell me they even have the parcel.

Waited nearly a month to receive my order and had some of it missing. No reply to any contact made and never received my missing items, so having to charge back on my credit card

I bought some biltong from The Original Biltong Company, but never received it. I did get an email to say it was dispatched, but shipment can NOT be tracked until after delivery. To date nothing has arrived. I've emailed them twice, but they never replied. I phoned 01494 218394 a few times, but they don't answer. The phone is automated so I left a message the 1st time, noone returned my call. I have had NO response from this company at all. Customer service is non existent.

I won't be ordering this again.

I have used this company in the past and received my order in good time and was happy with the product. Unfortunately, this time my order is now 3 weeks late, the tracking info does not work, and my emails are being ignored.

Fab product and excellent customer service. I was kept upto date, the product was delivered very quickly. This is a fabulous biltong and I'm really glad that I found this company. Well done 👏

Really poor quality biltong, both in taste and looks. 2 stars because at least mine turned up. Thought I'd try somewhere else but I'll be going back to The Savanna.

Fraud! Ordered, they look my money, never delivered and ignored all my messages. For all those this has happened to, go to your bank and report fraud. Awful.

I ordered a selection of billtong in late December, was promised delivery between 29th December and 2nd January and have yet to receive my order! I have emailed three times and also called three times (leaving a message each time) without anybody getting back to me! So I am not sure what has gone wrong, as the money has left my account.

I have contacted you with 3 emails and a phone call to your answerphone since 23/12/25 about Order 24293 which Royal Mail misdelivered. As of today 10/1/26, you have not bothered to contact me to even acknowledge my issue. Very unchuffed.

I ordered 2 selection packs as Christmas gifts. From the website image i thought they would come boxed. Instead the individual sachets of both boxes were loose in the delivery packaging. Added to this delivery was extremely tardy. Product tasted great however
