Order missing parts. Can’t place claim on your Extend customer portal. Multiple attempts to verify my phone number and email address despite using them for the order. Basically paid 100% for the order and received 50% of the parts.

The part was easy to find in your online store and it arrived on time as stated in perfect condition.

Service, honesty and integrity. Has been incredible. When shipping was more than 10 times the cost of the item, I was notified and given a contact number for the item locally that I could not have found myself. Highly recommend their services!

This site likes to take orders then cancel the order. Why to the advertise something and then cancel the order. It is very frustrating.

I recently received my order #6515, but I am very disappointed with the service provided. Although I paid for expedited shipping, the order took more than a week to be dispatched, which was far from the expected timeline. During this delay, I attempted to contact your support team multiple times via messages, but none of my inquiries were answered. When I used the live chat, I was only told that my concern would be "notified," with no further action taken. It wasn’t until I called by phone that the shipment was finally processed. While I appreciate that the item eventually arrived, the lack of communication and the unnecessary delay are unacceptable. I hope you will take steps to improve your customer service and shipping processes to avoid situations like this in the future. Thank you for your attention to this matter.
