While the rear view mirror I ordered came in ok, I didn’t receive the mounting brackets that goes along with the mirror. Therefore, I had to take my truck to a dodge dealership who advised me that the bracket should have been included and now I have to pay $115 for them to install the mirror and supply the brackets when I could have done it myself if I received all the parts
I am extremely dissatisfied with this purchase. The delivery was unacceptably late, and there was no proper communication or update about the delay. This experience has been very frustrating and has caused serious inconvenience. I expected much better service, and this level of unreliability is unacceptable. I will seriously reconsider ordering from your company again unless clear improvements are made.

Part came damage not looking like a new piece
Slow shipping, no instructions
The website showed that my part was “In Stock” and I specifically ordered for that reason because I needed the part by the weekend and didn’t have a window to run to a dealer, I figured 5 days was plenty of time for shipping. Part was not in stock as advertised, took 13 days to get part and I had a dead car in my driveway longer than necessary. Super annoying, should have had a friend pickup from the local dealer.
Part ordered was received timely with fair shipping cost. Item was as described and was the right part for my vehicle. I would order from here again without hesitation!

I ordered two steering wheel bolts, one for immediate use and the other as backup, but I noticed that it didn't ship on the next working day, which was a Monday, even though the website said in green "In Stock. " The next day, Tuesday, I reached out via email and the customer service rep said (copy-paste) "these bolts i dont have them in stock, they are on backorder and dont show to come to our dealership until monday. " I really needed at least one of those bolts ASAP so I could replace my faulty clockspring, otherwise I had no airbags and was borrowing someone else's vehicle. So, I asked the customer service rep if we could please ship the one on the shelf, if there was one, then ship the second one later. I mentioned that I really needed it by Friday. The rep said "okay. We'll ship it out. " Friday rolls around and the USPS label was created at 6:31pm. Both bolts arrived on the following Friday. Safe to say that I was particularly upset. I followed up asking "hey, I see that the part didn't ship until Friday and sat on your shelf all weekend. What happened?" No response. I know its not exactly a several thousand dollar collision order or a new engine, but this is still garbage customer service.

I ordered a license plate bracket and got something completely different i would like a label so I can send it back and get my refund
Receiving a TP Sensor with a "use by" date only three days away was not very great.
