It didn't arrive on time

When ordering part-Shipping stated 5-7 days, part was not shipped for over 10 days, ordered June 16. No updates , part still not delivered. Set up installation based on stated delivery window. Very disappointing. Especially with the high shipping cost.

I have not received my order yet. Website said items were in stock and would be shipped the next day, that was 2 weeks ago

I was told: "Your return request was received and should be reviewed in the next 2–3 business days. Please contact us if there are any questions in the meantime. Return Details: Order ID: CM-8590 Return Status: New" but I don't believe I have bene told anything and nobody has gotten back to me. Any news?
