They called me and insured that I was replacing stock OEM PARTS because I had purchased some different type of parts by mistake , glad they did so ! Was able to fix my mechanical problem to my Jeep wrangler !

Experience was quick and easy

I have looked and looked for this part at the neighborhood store. Nothing they gave me worked. I was surfing the internet and suddenly this Mopar ad popped up. I did not know I could order from there. I thought only parts stored could order from there. I ordered it. The process was straight forward…provided my car info…and bam…done. Part came, fixed it myself. And just so you understand how important that was. I am a senior. I am so pleased with this service.

Ordered 3 parts. After finally arriving in about 10 days one part was missing. Called them and was told they could overnight the part. They sent it out UPS ground which took another 10 days to get it. I understand not sending it overnight since it is really expensive, but you made a mistake and could have at least sent it 3 day UPS.

I don't have the parts yet. I received an email on 1/14 with a tracking number. The tracking shows “Moving thru Network since 1/23. It’s now 2/9. I don’t like giving a bad review due to a USPS issue, but this is my recourse at the moment.
