I’ve been a loyal Happy Planner customer for almost a decade! My first HP purchase was a planner that I used for teaching, and now I’m up to four planners a year - teacher planner, budget planner, fitness/wellness planner, and a personal planner for appointments, important dates, etc. I continue to be very satisfied with the quality and variety of products that are offered. I have been somewhat frustrated with the amount of time it takes to process and ship orders as well as the shipping itself. I understand that there have been some recent, unavoidable events that led to some delays but even before that I had noticed a significant increase in the time it took for orders to be processed. As for the shipping, I’ve had packages that were, according to tracking, at my local post office, and then suddenly they’re two hundred miles away. Sadly, this was not a one time occurrence; it has happened three or four times in the last few years! I think Happy Planner needs to look into this because I know of many others who have had similar experiences. Generally, it’s not a huge deal because it is just planner supplies, not daily necessities, but I do travel somewhat frequently for family reasons and it is frustrating when packages to arrive when expected and I’m going out of town. Twice now this has happened and my orders arrived while I was away for several days and my packages sat out on my porch in the rain.
