Love the products but did take a star away due to the extremely long processing time before items actually are shipped, once they are shipped they arrive in a couple days, but the processing takes well over a week , which is a tad crazy - for items that are in stock it should not take over a week to pull and pack - does not matter if it is one or two items or a mass quantity it always takes over a week. I do hope that issue might be streamlined and improved .
